No Cook Probiotic Nut Balls

No Cook Probiotic Nut Balls

I try to sneak in healing ingredients to any recipe I make, and these no-cook, yummy nut dessert balls have some powerful secret ingredients…probiotics, evening primrose oil, and milk thistle seeds!  Your kids will never know!

This is a simple recipe that can be easily modified for what you have in your pantry.

No Cook Probiotic Nut Balls

Ingredients

  • cashew nut butter
  • finely chopped brazil nuts
  • sesame seeds and milk thistle (powdered together in a coffee grinder)
  • hemp hearts (refrigerated)
  • 2 capsules of evening primrose oil (I open the capsule and squeeze the oil into the mix.)
  • coconut flakes
  • coconut oil
  • spoonful of unheated honey
  • Celtic sea salt
  • 2 capsules of your preferred probiotic (I am currently
  • taking Prescript-Assist.)

Instructions

  1. I mix all ingredients together well and shape into balls on an oiled plate. Stick the plate in the freezer for 10 minutes and that’s it! You have delicious, nutrient dense snacks with no cooking.
  2. Remember, you can add vanilla, cinnamon, cardamom, or any spice you like! Sometimes I use pumpkin seed oil, peanut butter or coconut manna, too.
